You pay the standard shipping fee once, plus 40 EGP per additional closet.For orders that include items from more than 3 different sellers, a down payment is required to help cover the pickup fees. This amount will be deducted from your total when you pay on delivery.
Delivery varies based on how quickly sellers are available for pickup. Once all items arrive at our warehouse, they’re inspected, cleaned, and shipped to you. Typically however, orders take from 3 to 5 business days. Want immediate shipping? Check out our Ready to Ship collection.
Yes! We offer cash-on-delivery. You pay once you receive your order.
We wait until all items are picked up and quality-checked before shipping everything to you in one order.

If an item has unmentioned defects or doesn't match its description, it will be returned to our warehouse for inspection. If the issue is confirmed, you'll receive a full refund.
Sellers FAQ
You can start by filling out our seller form and uploading your items for review. Once approved, your pieces will go live on the platform.
We accept both new and gently-used clothing, shoes, and accessories. All items must be clean, in good condition, and accurately described. Make sure to include measurements and material details.
Yes, you set the price, and we add a 25% markup before listing it on the website. But please make sure to check and follow our pricing recommendations guide.
Once your item sells, you’ll receive an email from us to arrange pickup or dropoff of the sold items.
We contact you to arrange pickup. The item is brought to our warehouse for quality checks, washed and ironed, then sent to the buyer.
If the order is cancelled after the item has been picked up and sent to the buyer, the item will be returned to our warehouse. Returned items are securely stored in our warehouse until they find a new home or are collected by you. Rest assured, your items are in safe hands—we take full responsibility for their care while they’re with us, and any damage that may occur during this time is fully covered by us.
To help speed up the selling process, we’ll also feature your item in our Ready2Ship collection and promote it in our ads and stories to give it extra visibility.
However, if you’d prefer to have it returned to you, we can arrange a courier service with a fee to send it back at your convenience.
Payments are made on the 1st, 10th, and 20th of each month. You’ll be paid for orders that were delivered at least 7 days before the payment date.
That’s okay! We’ll coordinate with you to schedule the pickup when you're available. However, please note that recurring delays and failing to fulfill orders might lead to your closet getting temporarily or permanently disabled.
Please note that listing approvals are handled both seasonally and chronologically. Listings undergo a thorough quality check to ensure they meet our standards. The approval process typically takes 3 to 10 business days, depending on the volume of pending uploads.
